Lead Case Manager

Uriah has been working in the field of mental health for five years. All five of those years have in fact been as a case manager at Little Creek. While initially quite the challenge and change of pace from working with seniors in low- and fixed-income housing in Memphis, Uriah quickly found that working with at-risk youth in congregate care was right up his alley. Uriah strives to enrich the lives of each of the children in care at Little Creek. Uriah is a real team player and will always step in to assist his fellow clinical team members, but also those in every other department to ensure everyone in his “Little Creek Family” feels supported.
