Alicia Nicholson

Clinical Director

Alicia earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas in 2014.  She entered the mental health field after recognizing the significant gaps in access to quality behavioral health services and a need for greater support for underserved populations. Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of settings, including school-based therapy, acute care, and private practice. She joined Little Creek Behavioral Health in 2024. Alicia is passionate about helping children and adolescents reach their full potential through healing from the effects of trauma. She is also dedicated to supporting and developing clinicians to they can provide compassionate, effective care to the individual and families they serve.
